Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received (e.g., sealed, sleeved, unaltered, and undamaged).

Verification: We reserve the right to verify the condition of returned items and may deny a return if items have been tampered with or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items

Graded cards (e.g., PSA, BGS, CGC) are final sale.

Mystery packs, sealed products once opened, and digital codes are not eligible for return.

Cards purchased as part of a bulk lot or listed as "damaged" or "played" are sold as-is and not returnable.

All TCG products are final sale and non-refundable
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
